Service Exchange Program.

1. Eligibility Requirements

To participate in the Service Exchange Program, applicants must:

• Be a current, active USANA member or affiliate in good standing
• Maintain an active USANA account throughout their participation
• Provide proof of USANA membership at the time of application
• Agree to a mandatory 30-day evaluation period

Important: Failure to maintain active USANA membership or affiliate status at any point will result in immediate termination from the program.

2. 30-Day Evaluation Period

All participation in the Service Exchange Program begins with a mandatory 30-day evaluation period, starting upon acceptance of the agreement. During this period, a participant's contributions, responsiveness, and professionalism will be monitored by LuckyOne Global leadership.

LuckyOne Global reserves the right to end the agreement at any time during the evaluation period if a participant's performance does not meet expectations, without further obligation. Upon successful completion of the evaluation period, the agreement becomes fully active and remains subject to regular review.

3. Approved Service Contributions

Participants may contribute in one or more of the following areas:

• Community support and engagement
• Event support (online or in person)
• Creative and media assistance
• Wellness education or coaching
• Culture and language exchange support
• Social media and content collaboration
• Marketing and promotional support
• Brand ambassador activities

4. Ongoing Requirements

Throughout their participation, Service Exchange members are expected to:

• Maintain active USANA member or affiliate status
• Actively contribute to LuckyOne Global initiatives and events
• Complete their agreed-upon monthly service hours
• Demonstrate reliability and positive character
• Represent LuckyOne Global's values and mission
• Maintain a collaborative, respectful attitude with the community

5. Selection Process

Participation in the Service Exchange Program generally follows these steps:

• Application or nomination
• Interview and evaluation
• Verification of active USANA status
• Agreement on roles, responsibilities, and probationary terms
