The standards of conduct expected of all partners, collaborators, representatives, and affiliates of LuckyOne Global LLC.
LuckyOne Global LLC ("LuckyOne Global," "we," "us," or "our") is founded on trust, integrity, and a shared vision of building a healthy and successful business together so we can help each other succeed. These Ethics and Business Policy Guidelines ("Guidelines") establish the standards of conduct expected of all partners, collaborators, representatives, and affiliates ("Partners") of LuckyOne Global LLC.
These Guidelines are binding and supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or termination of partnership, and where applicable, legal action.
Emotional and Personal Interactions: Partners must be mindful of how emotions and personal matters influence professional decisions. All interactions must remain respectful, appropriate, and focused on business objectives.
Clear Role Definition: Personal relationships must not blur into professional responsibilities. Each Partner's role, scope of authority, and reporting relationship must remain transparent and well-defined at all times.
Professional Conduct: Partners shall maintain professionalism in all business settings, prioritizing business goals and mutual respect over personal dynamics.
Boundary Violations: Any conduct that creates an uncomfortable, coercive, or hostile environment for another Partner, client, or associate is prohibited and subject to immediate review.
Shared Vision: All Partners work towards the collective success of LuckyOne Global LLC, which is the promotion of healthy living and helping our Partners and their communities succeed in both health and business.
Continuous Learning: Partners are encouraged to grow personally and professionally, aligning their skills and wellness practices with the company's mission.
Mentorship and Support: Partners are expected to support new and developing members through mentorship, knowledge sharing, and collaborative skill-building to strengthen the organization as a whole.
No Backend Business Deals: Any deals, arrangements, or agreements associated with LuckyOne Global LLC must be transparent and approved by all relevant parties. Side agreements, undisclosed commissions, or secret arrangements are strictly prohibited.
Conflict of Interest Disclosure: Partners must promptly and openly disclose any personal, financial, or external interests that could conflict with or appear to conflict with LuckyOne Global's operations or decision-making.
Fair Representation: All opportunities, collaborations, or partnerships that may impact LuckyOne Global LLC must be communicated clearly and honestly to the leadership team before any commitments are made.
Healthy Lifestyle Promotion: As a company dedicated to healthy living, all Partners are expected to actively maintain and model a healthy lifestyle consistent with the values we promote to our community.
No Drug Use: The use, possession, distribution, or promotion of illegal drugs, controlled substances (without valid prescription), or harmful practices is strictly prohibited while representing or conducting business on behalf of LuckyOne Global.
Wellness Advocacy: Partners are encouraged to model and promote healthy practices to clients, communities, and colleagues. All health-related claims must be truthful, evidence-based, and compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
No Stealing or Misuse of Funds: Misappropriation, theft, embezzlement, or mishandling of company or Partner funds is a serious violation and will result in immediate review and action, up to and including removal from the organization and pursuit of all available legal remedies.
Transparency in Finances: All financial activities conducted on behalf of or in association with LuckyOne Global must be accurately documented, traceable, and available for review by authorized members upon request.
Expense and Revenue Reporting: Partners handling company funds must provide timely and accurate accounting of all expenses and revenues. Falsifying financial records is grounds for immediate termination and legal action.
Honesty and Integrity: Every Partner must commit to truthfulness in communication and decision-making. We believe in candor, sincerity, and honesty as the foundation of all business relationships.
Respect and Professionalism: Treat all Partners, clients, and associates with dignity and respect. Professional standards must be upheld in all settings, whether public, private, in-person, or digital.
Accountability: Each Partner is responsible for their own actions and contributions to the company. Partners are also expected to support each other's growth and protect the company's reputation through ethical conduct.
Representation of LuckyOne Global LLC: Partners must act in ways that reflect positively on the company in both professional and community settings. Conduct that brings disrepute to LuckyOne Global, whether on or off duty, may be subject to review.
No Exploitation: The company's name, brand, intellectual property, or resources shall not be used for personal gain outside of agreed business purposes. Unauthorized use of company assets is a violation of these Guidelines and may constitute grounds for legal action.
LuckyOne Global LLC is committed to providing a respectful and inclusive environment for all Partners, clients, and associates.
Zero Tolerance: Harassment, bullying, intimidation, or discrimination based on race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic is strictly prohibited.
Reporting: Partners who experience or witness harassment or discrimination are encouraged to report it to LuckyOne Global leadership immediately. All reports will be handled confidentially and investigated promptly.
No Retaliation: Retaliation against any Partner who reports a concern or participates in an investigation in good faith is strictly prohibited and will result in disciplinary action.
Confidential Information: Partners shall not disclose, share, or use any confidential or proprietary information belonging to LuckyOne Global, its clients, or other Partners for any purpose outside of their authorized business responsibilities.
Data Handling: All personal data, client information, and internal records must be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
Post-Departure Obligations: Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of any Partner's relationship with LuckyOne Global. Former Partners must return or destroy all confidential materials upon departure.
Brand Representation Online: When posting on social media or digital platforms in connection with LuckyOne Global, Partners must accurately represent the company's values, products, and mission.
No Misleading Claims: Partners shall not make false, misleading, exaggerated, or unsubstantiated claims about LuckyOne Global's products, services, income potential, or health outcomes on any platform.
Respectful Engagement: Partners must engage respectfully in all online interactions. Public disputes, disparaging remarks about competitors, clients, or other Partners, and inflammatory content are prohibited.
Right to Report: Partners have the right and responsibility to report suspected violations of these Guidelines, illegal activity, fraud, or unethical conduct without fear of retaliation.
Good Faith Reporting: Reports made in good faith will be taken seriously and investigated. Partners will not face adverse consequences for raising legitimate concerns, even if the investigation does not substantiate the report.

LuckyOne Global LLC takes violations of these Guidelines seriously. The following enforcement framework applies:
Review Process: All reported or suspected violations will be reviewed by LuckyOne Global leadership. Partners under review will be notified and given an opportunity to respond.
Disciplinary Actions: Depending on the severity of the violation, actions may include a formal warning, mandatory mediation, temporary suspension of partnership privileges, permanent termination of partnership, or pursuit of legal remedies.
Serious Violations: Theft, fraud, harassment, illegal activity, and material breaches of confidentiality are considered serious violations and may result in immediate termination without prior warning.
Right to Legal Action: LuckyOne Global reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies for violations that cause financial harm, reputational damage, or breach of contractual obligations.
By being part of LuckyOne Global LLC, each Partner agrees to read, understand, and uphold these Ethics and Business Policy Guidelines. Partners acknowledge that these Guidelines are binding and may be updated from time to time, with reasonable notice provided. Continued participation in LuckyOne Global following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Guidelines.
Violations may result in review, mediation, and, if necessary, suspension or termination of partnership and pursuit of legal remedies as outlined in Section 12.
