Where Your 4 & 4 Come From

You already know them. Write the names down.

Your 4 Customers

You already know them. Write the names down.

  • People already buying from you casually, without an account of their own
  • Past customers who drifted away and were never asked back
  • People in your audience who have said "maybe someday"
  • The people who engage with everything you post and have never been asked
  • Referrals from the customers who already love what they are on
Do this:Write 15 names before you leave this session. You only need 4 to say yes.

Your 4 Partners

Start with the people already sold on the product.

  • Your best customers, who already believe in what they are taking
  • Anyone who has ever asked how the business side works
  • People who have mentioned wanting extra income or more flexibility
  • Former partners who left for reasons that no longer apply
  • The people your team is already talking to and has not asked
Do this:Write 10 names before you leave. You only need 4. Start the conversations in week 3.
The Ask

The Customer Conversation

Lead with them, not with the promotion.

1

Why you thought of them

Name the specific thing they have mentioned wanting to fix.

2

What it actually does

One product, one benefit, in their language.

3

Make the ask

“Can I get you started this month?” Then stop talking.

4

Give the reason to act now

The window is open until September 25, and you can give them more support during it.

Do this:The promo is the reason to act now, never the reason to buy. Keep that order.
Watch For This

What Costs People the Bonus

  • 1Starting in week four. By far the most common one. Six weeks disappears fast.
  • 2First orders under the minimum. The enrollment happens but it does not count toward the four.
  • 3Chasing customers and ignoring partners. Leaves the reward with the six-month tail completely untouched.
  • 4Letting qualification lapse. All the work, none of the pay.
  • 5Enrolling on September 26. The window closes at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time on the 25th. No exceptions.
Do this:Read this list to your team in week one and again in week four.
Your Worksheet

Before You Leave This Room

Fill these in. Out loud, with a partner.
