Service Exchange Program

 

In addition to USANA-certified and paid memberships, LuckyOne Global offers a service-based participation pathway for individuals who wish to support our mission and community through their skills, time, and professional expertise.

Members may earn or maintain their membership without financial cost by providing services that directly benefit the LuckyOne Global community and brand.

This pathway is designed for those who resonate deeply with our vision and seek to grow alongside us through collaboration and meaningful contribution.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for the Service Exchange Program, all applicants must meet the following prerequisites:

  • Be a current, active USANA member or affiliate in good standing
  • Maintain an active user account with USANA throughout the duration of participation in this program
  • Provide proof of active USANA membership or affiliate status at the time of application
  • Agree to the terms of the 30-Day Evaluation Period (see below)

Failure to maintain active USANA membership or affiliate status at any point will result in immediate termination from our contract with the Service Exchange Program until status is restored and a new contract is created at leadership’s discretion.

30-Day Evaluation Period

All new participants in the Service Exchange Program are subject to a mandatory 30-day evaluation period beginning on the date of their accepted agreement. This evaluation period exists to evaluate the participant’s performance, reliability, and alignment with the values and expectations of LuckyOne Global.

During the Evaluation Period

  • The participant’s contributions, responsiveness, and professionalism will be monitored and evaluated by LuckyOne Global leadership.
  • The participant must complete all agreed-upon service hours, tasks, or responsibilities as outlined in their individual contract.
  • The participant must demonstrate consistent reliability, a positive and collaborative attitude, and alignment with LuckyOne Global’s mission and values.
  • LuckyOne Global reserves the right to end the agreement at any time during the evaluation period if the participant’s performance does not meet expectations, without further obligation.

Completion of the Evaluation Period

Upon successful completion of the 30-day evaluation period, the participant’s agreement will be considered fully active and will continue under the standard terms of the Service Exchange Program along with their contract. The agreement will then be subject to regular review and renewal based on continued participation and performance.

Approved Service Contributions

Eligible services include, but are not limited to:

  • Community support and engagement
  • Event support (online or in person)
  • Creative and media assistance
  • Wellness education or coaching
  • Cultural and language exchange support
  • Social media and content collaboration
  • Marketing and promotional support
  • Brand ambassador activities

Ongoing Requirements

To remain in good standing within the Service Exchange Program, participants must:

  • Maintain active USANA membership or affiliate status at all times
  • Actively contribute to LuckyOne Global initiatives as agreed upon
  • Complete agreed-upon service hours or responsibilities each month
  • Demonstrate reliability, positive character, and teamwork
  • Represent the values and mission of LuckyOne Global appropriately
  • Maintain a respectful and collaborative attitude toward other members

This membership option is reviewed regularly and renewed based on continued participation and contribution.

This participation pathway is offered through:

  • Application or nomination
  • Interview or evaluation
  • Verification of active USANA membership or affiliate status
  • Agreement on contribution roles, expectations, and probationary terms

Agreement Acknowledgment

By entering into this Service Exchange Program, the participant acknowledges and agrees to the following:

  • I am a current, active USANA LuckyOne Global member or affiliate in good standing.
  • I understand that I must maintain my active USANA membership or affiliate status under LuckyOne Global for the duration of my participation.
  • I agree to the 30-day evaluation period, during which my performance and contributions will be evaluated.
  • I understand that LuckyOne Global may terminate this agreement at any time during the probationary period if my performance does not meet expectations.
  • I agree to fulfill the service contributions and responsibilities outlined in my individual agreement.
  • I will uphold the values, mission, and standards of LuckyOne Global at all times.
